Perfect Purse Collection only carries new merchandise that is purchased directly from our vetted suppliers.  Please be aware that such products are not entirely free of workmanship/manufacture errors or small defects.  We try our best to quality inspect our handbags to catch these problems, but can sometimes be overlooked.

REGULAR PRICE ITEMS:  If customers are not satisfied with their purchase, please contact us first with the reason via email. We will accept returns for items that are unused, with original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

ALL RETURNS/REFUNDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $10 RESTOCK FEE. This amount will be deducted from your total refund balance.

Please look in the item description for handbag dimensions before purchase if available. Handbags can look larger in photos than actual size.
